Please include your order number in your message so we can find it quickly.
- Order not arrived? Check your tracking email first. If your order has passed the estimated delivery window (France 5–8 business days, Europe 8–10), write to us and we will investigate.
- Damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page.
- Want to change or cancel an order? Write as soon as possible. If it has not shipped yet, we will do our best.
