Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times & Rates
- France: 5–8 business days
- Europe: 8–15 business days
- Rest of the world: 8–20 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We regularly offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our homepage!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delayed or Lost Packages
