Thank you for shopping at Knorabeauty! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on every order — in France and across the European Union. There is no minimum spend, and no shipping charge is added at checkout.
Where We Ship
- France: 5–8 business days — free
- European Union: 8–10 business days — free
We currently ship to France and to European Union countries only. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unfortunately not able to deliver there yet.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs fees or import duties.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at Knorabeauty@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate right away.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses, but contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
