Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note: For hygiene reasons, cosmetics, skincare products, and press-on nails that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at khemissinora@hotmail.fr with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your refund is confirmed.
