Welcome to Knorabeauty. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
These Terms of Service govern all sales made through our online store. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
2. Products
We make every effort to display our products (press-on nails, sunglasses, sunscreen, cosmetics, and beauty accessories) as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.
3. Prices & Payment
- All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
- Payment is due in full at the time of order via the secure payment methods offered at checkout.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a product was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or product unavailability. In such cases, you will be fully refunded.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative and delays caused by carriers or customs do not entitle the customer to compensation, although we will always assist in tracking your order.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare, and press-on nails cannot be returned unless defective. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
7. Legal Warranties
All products sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
8. Liability
Ma Boutique cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of purchased products. Always follow product instructions and check ingredient lists if you have allergies or sensitive skin.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Ma Boutique or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
