💅 Press-On Nails
How do I apply press-on nails?
Clean and dry your natural nails, push back the cuticles and buff the surface lightly. Lay the set out and match a size to each finger before applying anything — a good fit is what makes a set look natural. Apply your adhesive, then press each nail on firmly from the cuticle outwards and hold for a few seconds.
Is glue included?
It depends on the set. Many of our sets arrive with jelly glue and a nail file included; others are supplied as nails only. Every product page lists exactly what is in the box under “What’s included”, so please check before ordering if you do not already have adhesive at home.
How many nails are in a set?
Most sets contain 24 or 30 nails, which covers a full size range with spares. A few handmade sets contain fewer. The piece count is stated on each product page.
What’s the difference between glue and adhesive tabs?
Adhesive tabs are double-sided and peel away cleanly, which makes removal gentler. Nail glue holds more firmly. Whichever you choose, the natural nail must be clean and free of oil or the set will not grip.
How do I remove them?
Soak the nails in warm soapy water until the adhesive loosens, then lift each nail away gently. Never pull a press-on nail off dry.
Which shape should I choose?
Short and oval shapes are the most practical for everyday wear. Almond lengthens the finger, coffin and ballerina give artwork more surface, square holds a French line best, and stiletto is the most dramatic. You can browse by shape, length, style or occasion from the menu.
💡 Nail Tools & Kits
Do I need a lamp?
Only for gel products. Gel polish, builder gel and semi-cured gel wraps all need a UV or LED lamp to cure. Press-on nails and air-dry polish do not. Lamps are stocked in our Nail Tools section, and each kit’s product page states whether a lamp is included.
Which plug type will I receive?
Several of our electrical products are offered in EU, UK, US and AU versions, and some are USB powered. Please select the correct option at checkout and check the product page before ordering — USB models need an adapter, which is not included.
📦 Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery then takes 5–8 business days in France and 8–10 business days for the rest of Europe and internationally. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel at every step.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@knorabeauty.com with your order number. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to modify or cancel it.
Will I pay customs charges?
For orders outside the EU, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus the other secure payment options shown at checkout. All prices are in euros (€).
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify’s secure payment system.

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, in line with EU consumer protection rules. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
Can I return a set I have opened?
For hygiene reasons, press-on nails and cosmetic products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Please check your size and design carefully before opening a set.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect — in which case we cover it.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, with no return shipping required.
